Meow, there. It’s Harry, Debbie’s dark-furred cat here to wish you all a happy holiday and to share some pawsome news. My sister, Hermione and I are in Debbie’s short story, Murder Unwrapped. We don’t play big parts, but I play a larger role than Sis. The story is free if you subscribe to Kindle Unlimited and only $1.49 as an Amazon ebook. Here’s some information about it.
Richard Bright is a man with a plan. He’s an inventor who he wants to kill his wife with one of his inventions. He hopes to put his plan into effect on Christmas, but his invention isn’t quite perfected. Dealing with his wife isn’t an option, nor her two rambunctious kittens, Harry and Hermione. What sweetens the pot is her large inheritance and a pretty young woman who is now working at his shop. Will Richard’s plan to have his special gift ready in time pan out, or will it fizzle with some of his other unfinished projects?
See what I mean, we’re even named in the blurb. I’m so excited I could yowl. Also, Debbie is working on a new mystery in which me and Hermione are pets of the protagonist, but I can’t give anything away just yet. I can’t wait for her to finish working on it.
Sneaky also wanted me to mention that there’s a new holiday Cobble Cove story in which he stars along with his gal pal, Kittykai, who was introduced in the third book. Sneaky’s Christmas Mystery is the same deal – free on KU and only $1.49 for the Amazon ebook. I “purr” sonally think they’d make great gifts.
Another death has occurred in Cobble Cove near the holidays. This time, it’s the owner of the new pet store in town who was felled by a case of cat food that crushed his skull. Was it an accident, or murder? While the townspeople including the sheriff are divided in their opinions, Sneaky and Kittykai, the library and inn cats, sniff out the truth.
So now that I’ve shared some of Debbie’s holiday stories with you, it’s back to waiting for Santa Claws to fill our stocking with catnip toys (yes, we still share a stocking while Stripey has his own).
Merry Meowy Christmas from Harry, Hermione, and Stripey.
