Sneaky’s Breaking News: Read All ABout It

Meow there. I am quite excited to share some pawsome news with you about my series and also a way you can help real life kitties and those kind people who rescue them.

For those who are keeping up with my posts, you know that I take a catnap on the weekend, so only something very special can purrsuade me to wake up and write a column. Well, this is it. My author, Debbie, is on tour with our Cobble Cove mystery series until May 13. So far, our series has been featured in spotlights on blogs and also reviewed on several. The one I’m most excited about.appeared on Socrates Book Reviews. Hold your tails because our first book received 5 Kitties. You heard right. 5 Kitties. It is the first time we’ve been rated with cats. We also received a very mice review on Lisa K’s Book Reviews blog where there was also a post by Gilly, one of the human characters in our series.

There’s even more good news. Debbie wrote a guest post about missing cats that ties into our third mystery when yours truly disappears from the Cobble Cove Library. This post appeared on Storeybook Reviews.

What enticed me even more to forego my weekend nap is the fact that all those blogs that are hosting our tour are also allowing readers to enter our giveaway of all 3 books in our series and a $10 Amazon gift card. For a list of the rest of the stops, check the tour host’s website Great Escapes Book Tours.

Also, remember that this Tuesday, May 9, is Debbie’s birthday, and she is giving away free eBooks of A Stone’s Throw that day and also on May 10. In addition, her second in the series, Between a Rock and a Hard Place, will be pawed down to 99 cents both days, as well.

Last, but not least, as promised, I had to stay awake to share with you a campaign to help poor street cats. I was one of them before taken in at the Cobble Cove Library and so was Debbie’s cat, Stripey. Although Oliver was never homeless, he would’ve been if Debbie didn’t take him when her mother had to move to a place that didn’t allow cats. As a senior cat, he surely would’ve had a difficult time finding a home. Please consider supporting this Kickstarter campaign. It is truly a lifesaver.

Exciting Mews! Debbie’s a Winner and She’s Going on Tour

nanowrimopicI am quite proud of my author, Debbie De Louise, who has won this NanoWrimo thing by writing 50,000 words in our new mystery during the month of November. I can’t wait for her to finish this third book of our series because I think she has beefed up my role. As soon as she gives me the word, I will share an excerpt of Written in Stone which is what she is calling our new story.
